Can I use only some of your services?
Yes. You can come to us just for a second opinion, translation of documents, contact with a clinic or preparation of documents for your insurer, without using the full service.
How much do your services cost?
Our services are completely free of charge for you. You only cover the costs of translation and legalisation of documents and of transport, where needed, and we will inform you of these in advance. The treatment itself and accommodation are paid separately or covered by insurance.
What documents do I need?
An ID card or passport, discharge summaries, test results, imaging (discs with your scans) and information about your previous treatment. We will tell you exactly what is needed for your case.
Can I travel with a companion?
Yes. We help with travel and accommodation for your companion too.
How many treatment options will you offer me?
Whenever possible, we offer more than one option, at different clinics or in different countries, with a clear description of the pros and the price of each. The choice is entirely yours.
Does health insurance cover treatment abroad?
It depends on the terms of your policy. We contact your insurer to confirm cover and prepare the necessary medical and financial documents.
How quickly can treatment start?
It depends on the clinic and the urgency of the case. At private clinics in Turkey, arrangements are often a matter of days, while in Europe timeframes depend on the clinic and the type of treatment.
Do I need to speak a foreign language?
No. We handle communication with the clinic, translate your documents and provide an on-site interpreter if needed.
What happens after I return home?
We stay in touch with you and help with the documents for your insurer and with follow-up by a doctor in Bulgaria.
